Time Equities completed construction (July 2014) of a professionally designed fitness facility on the first floor of Tower I, including a 2,700 square foot work out area featuring state of the art cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, 22' exposed ceiling, modern finishes, and 52" high definition televisions, along with private shower and changing rooms and lockers. The facility is exclusively for the use of tenants, free of charge, and is secured by the building's cloud based keycard access control and security camera system.
Bicycle Storage Room (under construction)
Time Equities is constructing a bicycle storage room on the first floor of Tower I (scheduled for completion in May 2014), which will be directly accessible from the north and east entrances of the building, immediately adjacent and with direct access to the private shower/changing rooms in the building fitness facility, and secured/monitored by the building's cloud based keycard access control and security camera systems.
Located on the first floor of Tower I, the building's cafe features a full kitchen offering a variety of hot and cold prepared foods for breakfast and lunch, made to order salads and sandwiches, Starbucks brand coffee, fountain sodas, as well as packaged snacks, sodas, juices and other beverages. The cafe is operated by Sterling Services (www.sterling-services.com), the Detroit Metro area's premier food service management and corporate catering company. Free WiFi is available inside the cafe space which features abundant seating.
Quick Service Sundry Shop
Located on the first floor of Tower I, the sundry shop offers a wide variety of packaged sundry items, healthy snacks, candy, breakfast bars, sodas, juices, sports drinks, energy drinks, and other beverages. The sundry shop is open 24 hours a day and features a self service checkout accepting credit cards or cash.

Located on the second floor of Tower II, the 2,000 square foot conference facility is exclusively for the use of tenants, includes flexible furniture and seating which can accommodate meetings large and small, audio visual equipment, private restrooms, and a kitchenette.
The Bizzie Box is an easy and convenient way to arrange dry cleaning and laundry without taking you out of your way to work or home. After setting up an account online (www.bizzie.com), tenants are able to drop off dry cleaning and/or laundry 24 hours a day in one of the Bizzie lockers located in the parking deck elevator lobby or the first floor of Tower I, secure the locker using a personal 4 digit pin, notify Bizzie via email or text that an order has been placed, and then wait to be notified that your dry cleaning and/or laundry order has been fulfilled and returned to the locker for you to retrieve within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Located on the first floor of Tower I, Coden Florists was one of the original tenants of Travelers Tower I and offers a typical variety of floral arrangements for seasonal decoration, holidays and special events.
Online Tenant Work Order System
Using the Angus website portal, tenants are able to place work orders with management and receive status updates and completion notification via email. The system is also used by management to distribute notices to tenants.
On Site Management
The building is professionally managed on site by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, whose office is located on the first floor of Tower I. On site full time dedicated staff include Property Manager Karen Colucci, Assistant Property Manager Diane Moore, Chief Engineer Gary Smiecinski, and Engineer Bruce Palarchio.
The property is patrolled 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a professional security guard stationed in the lobby of Tower II. There is also a guard who patrols the parking deck and exterior common areas by vehicle every night after business hours and an additional guard stationed in the Tower I lobby during normal business hours. There is a closed circuit camera systems installed throughout the interior and exterior common areas which are continuously monitored by the security guard and also recorded to DVR. There is a cloud based keycard access system installed at the exterior entrances for after hours access to Tower I.
